We are dedicated to providing friendly staff with the most up to date syllabus in your chosen style and polished performances for our audiences and spectators when demonstrating in public.  All teaching staff are highly qualified, having performed and studied in the appropriate area of their chosen dance style and continue to study in their chosen fields.

 

We offer dance tuition, performance classes, medal examinations, competition coaching and dancers for corporate and sporting events and instructional DVDs.

 

Our social ballroom and latin classes still continue to be popular and successful with television shows such as "Dancing with the Stars" and "You think you can dance". The art of dance is promoting fun and fitness in a contact sport.  It is great for all ages teaching confidence, co-ordination and communication.

 

We teach all styles ranging from Waltz, Tango, Jive, Cha Cha, Mambo, Slow Rhythm and much more.

Our Bridal Packages and courses prepare couples for their special wedding day we also have Hens Party Packages.

 

More recently we have introduced Dance fitness classes to include Mambocise, Dance Pump and Yoga Hop.

 

For some people this may be the only sport activity or hobby where they can communicate and be active.

WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING ALONG

 

 

Dress Code:  The dress code is not strict.  Please wear casual dance-wear, something that you feel comfortable in. eg. T-shirt, singlet, dress, jeans, trousers etc.   Comfortable shoes flat or small heel for women, leather soles for men.

 

Hydration:  Please bring some bottled water or any beverage to hydrate yourself through class.

 

Personal Hygiene:  It is recommended to bring a hand towel, deodorant and spare top to refresh yourself.

 

Valuables & Lost Property  Keep all bags & valuables with you at all times. BSS cannot take responsibility for loss of items.

 

Mobile Phones:  We ask that you turn your mobile phone on silent prior to commencement of class.                                                          

 

Facilities:  There are toilets available and our premises are air conditioned or well ventilated.  Parking is available at all venues.    

                      

Footwear:  For all your dance shoes and accessories please do not hesitate to ask for our recommendation. We have a supplier of dance shoes available.  Ask your class teacher for more information.
