Upon completion of your enrolment, a receipt will be available for you to print, and a copy will be emailed to your nominated email address or may be picked up at class.

 

Please note that your enrolment indicates your acceptance and understanding of the enrolment conditions.

 

CONDITIONS

The fees for each course/term are listed in the Methods of Payment above. Fees cover tuition only.  Fees must be paid in advance to secure a place in a class. Payments will only be accepted for the term, 4 week courses or Bridal Packages, not casual classes.

 

Late enrolments will be accepted until the end of the second week of term. Full course fee applies to all late enrolments. Term fees must be paid in full prior to commencement of course otherwise your place in the course will not be secured.

 

 

COURSE/TERM CANCELLATIONS

COURSES with low enrolment numbers may be cancelled before or on the first day of the course. If this situation arises  every effort to contact all the students involved will be made and you will receive a full refund of the fees.

 

Courses which are cancelled at the first lesson will be refunded less the cost of that lesson. Refunds will be provided by cheque or credited to your bank account. If you wish and if there is a vacancy available, you may transfer your enrolment to a different course within the same term. The difference in course price will be either charged or refunded.

 

Cancellation fees apply to all Private Lessons

A minimum of 6 hours notice by txt message or phone call is required otherwise a 50% surcharge will apply.

 

Please choose your course carefully as BSS Dance School   cannot accept responsibility for changes in your work or personal circumstances that prevent your attendance. A refund will be granted only when you have given five (5) days or more notice in writing prior to the course commencement date. Please note there will be a $20 administration fee.

Blue Suede Shoes Dance School accepts no responsibility for students' vehicles or personal property and cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or injury. Enrolment is conditional on the students' adherence to Blue Suede Shoes Dance School rules and regulations. Blue Suede Shoes Dance School reserves the right to refuse entry to any student and/or person who in any way interferes with the teaching of staff and/or learning experiences of students.
